This was a renovation project for a family that wished to create an inviting home to showcase and facilitate a sociable, luxury lifestyle. The house was to be a gathering point for friends, family and business entertaining. The end-result was a contemporary, light, airy and elegant home that conjured a sense of occasion.

The entrance hall was the grandest statement, with its tall window space enlivened with the textures and colours of its striking staircases. The family were great art lovers, so colourful artwork, some custom-made, a mixture of Iranian and globally sourced, was blended into the space within a neutral, blue and grey palette. Quirky wall details crept up the staircase and the entrance was brightened with a handsome installation composed of cream spherical balls.
