The wish of the family of this brand new home was to convey comfort, luxury and playfulness. Accents of vibrant blue mixed with coppers and sunshine yellow popped throughout the house, which had multiple cosy nooks for sitting in. Custom furniture met textured walls, leathers and glossy veneers, teak wood staircases, strong black and white flooring and touches of travertine marble.

The client craved an aquarium but settled on the concept of fish sculptures swimming out from the living room in the direction of the ocean. A 3D acrylic resin floor in the ‘Tranquillity Room’ referenced the sea, and custom-designed alabaster globe lights on the ceiling echoed the planets. A garden room replete with colour and flowers was created. The sumptuous master bedroom had custom joinery, flourishes of metallic leather and backlit onyx. Children’s rooms were individually customised to the ideals of each of the teenagers.
