Emirates Hills 3
The brief for this project was the creation of a striking garage to store and showcase the handsome family vehicles, and an ambitious, exciting entertainment zone taking over the entire empty quarter at basement level. The space needed to be capable of hosting dance parties. It folded in a television room for teenagers and adults, a room for card playing, a traditional snooker room, a kitchen and a whisky bar.

These spaces were distinct in style and space yet interconnected, with a free-flowing, club-like feel. Lighting was crucial, with colour-changing LED systems interlinked with state-of-the-art audio-visual systems. Custom joinery and furniture and modern panelling, exquisite leathers and solid oak timbers blended with sleeker contemporary finishes.
